Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your rug. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, returns and exchanges are available under the following conditions:

The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Rugs must be returned in the same condition and packaging as they were sent.

Once the rug has been carefully inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your rug to initiate a return or exchange.
