Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your rug. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, returns and exchanges are available under the following conditions:

• The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

• Rugs must be returned in the same condition and packaging as they were sent.

• Once the rug has been carefully inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your rug to initiate a return or exchange.
