Traditional Afghan Diamond Kilim Rug
Bold geometric forms and warm, time-softened colours give this handwoven Afghan Kilim an unmistakable sense of character. A field of repeating diamond medallions forms the centrepiece of the design, surrounded by broad patterned borders that showcase the detail and artistry of traditional Afghan weaving.
The rug combines warm ochre, burnt orange, deep red, burgundy, brown, charcoal and subtle ivory accents. Together, these earthy colours create an inviting palette that works beautifully alongside timber, leather, linen, stone and other natural materials.
Handwoven from wool using traditional flatweave techniques, the rug reflects the individuality of genuine artisan craftsmanship.
